The story about TwilightRealm.net is that I, Chanty, wanted to own a website dedicated to the Legend of Zelda series, ’cause I love it so much <3 It first started out as one of those info-based fansites you come across a lot on the net, and in the end I decided to cancel that project, because I think another Zelda fansite with facts, info and walkthroughs just isn’t necessary, since there are already a lot of those. So after some thinking, I came up with the idea to collect the best Zelda wallpapers, and create them myself because I just like to make wallpapers. And ofcourse, it would improve my skills along the way! And I thought it was about time the fans wouldn’t have to look all over for great quality Zelda-wallpapers!
 
So there you have it, basically the story of TwilightRealm.net. How I came up with the name? Go play Twilight Princess, haha! No seriously, we (me and Glenn) wanted to call it SacredRealm at first, but the domain name got snatched like 3 days before we wanted to register it (what are the odds, eh…). And so, somewhere in 2005 we came across this new realm in the Zelda series. We saw a new trailer, new info came up and ta-dah, we decided to name the site TwilightRealm. It was a lucky shot because at that time, we didn’t even know if the Twilight Realm would actually make the game. Thankfully, it did :)
